Operating the asset in advance of final handover is executed by the Pre Operations Team. Plenary Project Solutions can provide Operations personnel that integrate into the Core Operations team and would normally be made up from the Pre Operations team.
This gives the benefit of hands on knowledge of the asset, a physical competency in the assets performance and history, and a future resource which would match the documented competency of the Core Operations Team in the Operating transition phase
Typically, Plenary Project Solutions provide a Pre Operations team providing 25% of the final Operations Team right at the outset of the project and working with the Operator/Owners Leads to provide Preservation, Handover Acceptance, LOTO, Operation and Mainteance of existing and handed over items.
